Balanced diet helps improve health

The importance of balanced diet is known to all--but, not many of us follow it. I have decided to combine all the necessary elements of a balanced diet in my regular diet: Carbs, protein, vegetable portion and salad portion. Here are a few vegetarian options that you can try. They are simple, tasty and healthy. 


Brown rice, dal, cucumber (salad), carrot-bell peppers-cabbage stir fry


Chapati, okra curry, brown chickpeas salad, cucumber


Hummus wrap with bell peppers and cabbage along with some cucumber


 Rice, dal, okra fry and cucumber
Combine these with some buttermilk in the end
