In a big bowl, add 1 and 1/2 cups refined wheat flour filtered through a sieve, one cup flax buttermilk (one tablespoon of flax powder mixed well with vegan-yogurt buttermilk in a blender and soaked for 15 minutes), 1/4 cup melted butter, 1/4 cup oil, 1 and 1/4th cupsugar, and 1/2 a cup tablespoons cocoa powder and mix with a spatula and then blend well with an electronic whisk for 2 minutes;
Add 1 teaspoon baking powder and 1 teaspoon baking soda and give it a gentle mix;
Don't overmix;
Transfer the mixture onto a baking bowl;
Preheat oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes and then bake the cake for 30 minutes.
