The author again emphsises that to improve productivity, have a set daily schedule.Having a clear schedule, instantly saves a lot of time. Curate your schedule based on your goals. 

The author gives an interesting insight into what to look for while choosing your career: autonomy and skill development to rise from good to hear instead of just following your passion. 

Overall, it's an interesting self-help book giving an insight into the how the author.
